10 oz Popkoff’s Pork & Beef Pelmeni
1 (7 oz) can of salsa verde
1 (16 oz) can refried beans
½ stick butter
3 tbsp cilantro to garnish
1 c monterey jack cheese, shredded
1 jar salsa
12 oz sour cream
pinch black pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat can of refried beans in pot. Add butter, cilantro and black pepper. Continue to heat for 3 minutes. Place in a blender and puree.
  2. Bring large pot of water to boil and add a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add Popkoff’s Pork & Beef Pelmeni and cook for 5 minutes. Drain.
  3. Divide refried bean among bowls then place 3 pelmeni on top of beans. Top with tomatillo sauce, salsa, sour cream, and cilantro.
