Chicken Dumpling Miso

Yields: 4 Servings
10 oz. Popkoff’s Chicken Pelmeni
1 1/2 quarts Vegetable Broth or Dashi*
4 tbsp White or Red Miso Paste*
2 tbsp Green Onions, Chopped
1/2 cup Mung Bean Sprouts
*May also use miso soup mix in place of dashi and miso paste
- Heat vegetable broth or dashi just to a boil and reduce heat, whisk in miso paste and keep warm.
- Bring large pot of water to boil and add a pinch of salt. Add Popkoff’s Chicken Pelmeni and cook for 5 minutes. Drain.
- Add pelmeni to individual bowls and top with bean sprouts and green onion. Stir miso soup and ladle over dumplings.
